Jonathan Teoli, MSPO, CPO
RI Limb Owner
Jonathan is a 3rd generation Prosthetist/Orthotist. He graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas with his degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics and continued his education at the University of Hartford to obtain his Masters level degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MSPO). He holds National Board Certifications in both disciplines (O&P) by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics and is a designated a V.A. Qualified Prosthetist (VAQP) by the Department of Veteran's Affairs. He has completed clinical internships and residencies at institutions such as the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center's Prosthetics/Orthotics Department (including Parkland Memorial Hospital and Children's Medical Center in Dallas) and Rhode Island Hospital/Hasbro Children's Hospital.
Jonathan's clinical practice focuses primarily on lower extremity Prosthetics and Orthotics. Areas of specific interest are microprocessor-controlled prosthetics, elevated vacuum prosthetic suspension, management of the high-risk diabetic foot and emerging technologies. Jonathan is one of the first Prosthetists in the northeast to become certified to provide the Genium Bionic Prosthetic Knee System to his patients.
Outside of his clinical practice, Jonathan is director of RI Limb's Nationally Accredited Prosthetics/Orthotics Residency Program, a founding member and current secretary of the Rhode Island Society of Orthotists and Prosthetists, a member of the state of Rhode Island's O&P Advisory Licensing Board and a research assistant for the Providence VA Hospital's Center for Restorative and Regenerative Medicine.
Kerri Lapierre, MSPO, CPO
Kerri graduated from the University of Rhode Island with her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and then continued her education, completing the Prosthetics and Orthotics Program at the Newington in Newington, Connecticut. In 2016, Kerri graduated from the University of Hartford's Masters of Prosthetics and Orthotics Program and became the first Clinician in the state of Rhode Island with a Master's level degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MSPO). Kerri completed her Orthotics and Prosthetics residencies at Rhode Island Limb and received her Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics. Her clinical practice focuses on lower extremity Orthotics and Prosthetics as well as pediatrics. Kerri holds specialty certification in the OttoBock Microprocessor C-Leg System and has a particular interest in designing innovative orthotic solutions for lower extremity treatments. She also utilizes ground breaking technology in her prosthetic applications such as CAD/CAM and 3D Printing technologies. Kerri oversees the clinical Prosthetic and Orthotic team and attends several weekly and monthly clinics throughout the state. Kerri contributes greatly to community outreach and projects such as education in the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics. She creates and provides schools and healthcare facilities with educational presentations in Rhode Island and surrounding areas. Kerri is a vital part of Rhode Island Limb's clinical and management teams.
Christine Martin, CP, CFO
Christine was born and raised in Lincoln, Rhode Island. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with her undergraduate degree in Biology. She completed the Prosthetics Program at the Newington Certificate Program in Newington, Connecticut. Christine is currently continuing her education at the University of Hartford to obtain her Master's Degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics. She is Certified with the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics as a Certified Prosthetist and Certified Orthotic Fitter. Christine has 7 years of experience working in the Connecticut and Rhode Island area in a variety of settings. She enjoys being able to help patients and give them the opportunity to better themselves. Christine married her husband, Brenden, in 2015 and is happy to be back in her home state of Rhode Island.
Karen Teoli, MSPO, CPO, CMF
Karen is Nationally Board Certified in Prosthetics, Orthotics and Post Mastectomy care. Karen is a 2003 graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Texas where she earned her degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics then continued her education at the University of Hartford, earning her Masters level degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (MSPO). Karen has completed clinical internships at the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children as well as a clinical rotation with Advanced Arm Dynamics, specializing in the latest upper extremity prosthetic technology. She was the first female Prosthetist to practice in the state of Rhode Island. Karen is a charter member and past secretary of the Rhode Island Society of Orthotists and Prosthetists and a mentor for RI Limb's Nationally Accredited Residency Program. She provides Prosthetics and Orthotics lectures to the students at several local educational institutions, was involved in preliminary research involving MRI compatible halo pins and has co-authored 3 Prosthetic/Orthotic specific Rhode Island state laws, including the first "Freedom of Choice" law in the country.
Physical Therapy Staff
Courtney Teoli Murray, DPT
Physical Therapy Manager
Courtney received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Education and Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island in 2004. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2006. Courtney has spent most of her career providing care in the Outpatient Orthopedic environment, where she has a very strong manual therapy background. Courtney does also have experience providing physical therapy in short-term and long-term care, where she has worked with a very diverse patient population including neurological cases, post-amputation cases, patients with high incidents of falls, wounds, and cardiopulmonary issues. Courtney is certified in the Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Graston Techniques and she is APPI Pilates Certified. Courtney has taught rehabilitation-specific Pilates and well as Pilates for general fitness in the gym environment for the past four years. Courtney has been trained in Selective Functional Movement Assessments and Active Release Techniques. Courtney is passionate about evaluating and treating the spine, addressing orthopedic issues, post-operative care, core and postural strengthening and re-education, prenatal and postpartum therapy, and most especially, manual therapy. Personally, Courtney leads an active lifestyle and enjoys weight lifting and participating in fitness competitions.
Erin Reynolds, MSPT
Erin is 2000/2001 graduate of Ithaca College with a Master’s of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked at RI Limb Company Physical Therapy (formerly Tru-Care Physical Therapy) since 2004, with previous work experience in an acute care hospital in Providence, RI. She has a strong interest in manual therapy and has furthered her education in the areas of functional manual techniques, myofascial release techniques, Graston technique, and Kinesiotaping. She also completed her 500-hour yoga certification in 2014. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and activity levels to help them achieve their goals and maximize their functional level. In her spare time, Erin likes to spend time participating in outdoor activities, playing volleyball, participating in yoga, art projects, and enjoys sharing these activities in the company of family and friends.

Jeremy Fields, PTA, LAT, ATC, TPI CGFI
Jeremy graduated from Endicott College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training and worked as the Athletic Trainer for the athletes of Waterford High School. He completed his Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Kent State University in Ohio and has previously practiced in Groton, Connecticut. Jeremy is a certified as an Athletic Trainer, NATBOC, and in CPR/First Aid. Some of his clinical interests include sports medicine, physical therapy and functional training. He recently became certified through the Titleist Performance Institute to address the needs of golfers of all ages and levels. When he's not at work, Jeremy loves to spend time with his wife, daughter and dog. His favorite food is pizza, and he is a HUGE Indiana Sports fanatic (Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana University Hoosiers). He is also an avid fan of Indy Car Racing.
